Printing on RDP connection over VPN doesn't work

VPN Server => ClearOS
RDP Server => Windows Server 2016 with Kaspersky Small Office Security
Clients => Windows 10/XP with Kaspersky Internet Security

Occasionaly, clients cannot print without any error message.
I have to disable Kaspersky on both server and client, and restart VPN & RDP connection on client to make printing work again.
Only then I can enable Kaspersky once again.

Thank you.
Sorry for my bad English...

Hello, @NeuroDesigns ,
Disabling which component Kaspersky Small Office Security helps?
Tried to turn off the firewall https://support.kaspersky.com/14400 ?
Hello @Friend,
Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I've tried to disable firewall, In fact, I've tried to disable all components.
On Kaspersky Small Office I have to turn off protection completly.
On Kaspersky Internet Security I have to turn off "Start on startup", restart PC, start VPN & RDP connection, and then start Kaspersky.
