Forgot Password

Hi,

today my Kaspersky Small Office 6 on my computer told me, that there is a problem with the abo service.

My licence is valid for 700+ days, so this isn’t the problem.

I want to log in, but it seems that I forgot the password.

 

Any chance?

 

And no, shift lock or caps lock isn’t tha problem.

Is the issue is still actual?

What does happen if you try to reset the password?

 

If the issue persits: please create a request to Tech support from another MyK.

Hi,

the abo is working again. Just start the machine next day, solved.

But I still didn’t know the password to make local changes. Is there a reset pwd function available?
