Unknown device in My Network

My life is in danger,  I tried to contact the nationaleombudsman Waarmee kunnen wij u helpen | Nationale ombudsman but I never got a reply back, I tried to contact the municipality in Eindhoven but I never get a reply back, I tried to contact my health insurance but I don’t get a answer back, I tried to contact the belgian embassy in the netherlands but I don’t get a answer back ! I tried to contact my friends in France because my life is in danger but I don’t get a reply back !

I phoned the ziggo internet service provider about this matter in the past but they hang up the phone several times ! I even went several times to the ziggo shop with a witness and again they closed my case !

I have been several times to the mediamarkt in Eindhoven where the computers where purchased and the TV but they are ignoring the problems I have on my computer for more then one year ! They even told me that I’m not alowed to visit there shop in Eindhoven !
