Hello daz3dz
Welcome!
The Community is made up of users of Kaspersky software (like you) , all give their time freely, to help other Community members (like you). There's a small team of Kaspersky employees - all of whom are clearly identifiable, bc, their profile shows "Kaspersky Lab Employee". For the most part, & from my observations, the willing helpers engage in providing technical analysis to address technical issues.
---
If, by "your BOSS", you mean Eugene Kaspersky, you don't need us to tell him, you can teet🐦 him or post to him @ the Kaspersky Club - https://kasperskyclub.com/.
(imo) Mr. Kaspersky would have an apoplectic attack if he "discovered", he was the BOSS of all of us🤭
--
For us to consider anything, please provide:
  1. (core) Operating system, version?, build?, release?
--
  • (all) Kaspersky software installed:
  • Product name: free? licensed?
  • Version(s)?
  • Patch(x)? x = letter?
--
  • Router details?
--
  • Image of infection?
--
  • Are any GrayFish events being logged by KSC?
  • If "yes", please upload the report using the upload icon in your post.
--
  • Specific details of the "infection" route? reference: "that infected me through the router."
--
& a hint: uppercase = yelling - we (the Community) can👂 you🙉😉

Thanks!
