Hi whenever I install kaspersky security cloud free my pc randomly freezing and nothing works unless I restart pc. But when I uninstall kaspersky everything works fine. I use Windows 7 64 bit. Does anyone have a solution?

- Before Kaspersky Security Cloud Free (KSCF) was installed, was an Applications incompatible with KSCF check done?
- Have KSCF - hardware and software requirements been checked?
- Is a new KSCF installer being used?
- Which KSCF version & patch(x) is installed → on the Windows Taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About?

1. No I don't have any of these security software installed on my computer
2. I have AMD Athlon 7750 dual core with 4 GB of ram, and windows 7 64 bit , it's an old pc but it's met the requirements
3. I used the installer that I got from kaspersky website about 4 days ago
The pc worked fine the first time that I install and update kscf but the next day after I turned it on it got this wierd freezing
And also I don't use this pc for heavy and graphical software just normal daily works like surfing internet and some software like microsoft word
