KSC Personal 2019 blocks TurboTax activation

Cannot activate TurboTax because it requires the application to contact the TT server.  This problem did not exist under Kaspersky Internet Security.  


KSC Personal was purchased on August 27, 2019.


Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  1. When Kaspersky Security Cloud “blocks” TurboTax activation are there any visible errors, may we have images please?
  2. Please export Kaspersky Security Cloud Report, select All Events, select 24hrs or 7days, whichever period captures the issue, save the Report as a .txt file & :paperclip: attach to your reply please?
  3. Has the issue existed since August 2019?
  4. Kaspersky Security Cloud version & patch(x)? x=letter
  5. TurboTax version?
