  1. Kaspersky Security Cloud, Full Scans, running 15+ hours, creating C:\Windows\Temp PR* +++gb “massive” files.
  2. Issue replicated on multiple computers, all with Opsys and Kaspersky software up to date.
  3. Kaspersky software uninstalled and reinstalled.

:question: Why is Kaspersky using C:\Windows\Temp & not C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\*20.0\Temp or C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\ where logs are written to? 

Anyone have any sage advice please?

Fixed this despite Kaspersky. 

They actually advised their software doesn’t create PR* files. 

Ho hum, yes it does. 

& the files causing the issue were Kaspersky files.
