Files get corrupted during download when Kaspersky Security Cloud is active

In the last month we noticed that downloads (whether using Chrome or Firefox) get corrupted while Kaspersky Security Cloud is active.


However when Kaspersky Security Cloud is disabled, all files are downloaded normally and without any problem. This problem is particularly acute with compressed files.


What could be the problem? Is it perhaps a bug?

What is the version of Kaspersky Security Cloud you are using? Hover the mouse pointer over the product icon in tray to find out. 

Does the issue occur with any website, or with some particular one? 

@Berny The problem happens only when Kaspersky Security Cloud is active. When is entirely disabled, files download without any problem.
