Windows accounts locked after update to profile

After updating a profile for a Windows 10 account on a shared computer. Kaspersky locks the account for up to 30 minutes. How do I avoid this?

Also, When associating an account with a profile, Kaspersky is doing something with the password which makes it not work, requiring it to be reset. What’s up?
