Which timezone is applied in Device Usage Time

I set device usage time for everyday with recommended and not recommended time, however, it shows warning not at the time set. It seems different timezone applied. Therefore, I can’t set block device because it runs incorrectly as per setting.

However, the usage report show usage time correctly. 

 

How can I fix this, please help.

  2. KSK version & patch ?  
  3. May we have a full screen image of the “It seems a different time zone applied”  issue? 
  4.  May we have a full screen image of “I’ve set device usage time for every day with recommended and not recommended time” ? 
  5. Has the Manual settings sync been run? 
  6. Has KSK been uninstalled & reinstalled on all devices?
