If you log into your MyKaspersky account & go to:
How many days remaining
It would be good, and very useful, if the account ALSO showed the "auto-renewal" setting, unfortunately that information is not visible in the account, however, while you're logged into MyKaspersky account, you can create an incident, job request, asking Kaspersky Support to let you know if automatic renewal is set on?
The incident request/ticket system will send you an automatic confirmation email with an INC number, in the format INC+12 numbers (example INC123456789111), and a human should contact you within 48 hours, alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, again, a human should make contact & answer the question.
