Hello @shmu26 !

You can do it via MyK center: https://my.kaspersky.com/MyKids section (or via mobile KSK application).

Also please be noticed that there is a knowledge base with information regarding the product: https://support.kaspersky.com/safekids/windows

Here is an article how to use KSK: https://support.kaspersky.com/12265

Thanks, but can you be a little more specific about where to find that option in MyKaspersky/MyKids? I don’t find it there, and the support article, which I already read a few times, does not offer much help.

Hello @Anton Mefodys

Both document references have no “How to limit device use time” information to help parents:

Please refer to:
KSK, no "configure device use by 'time of use' & or by 'schedule'" documentation ☹️, which we raised the other day, when we went searching, to try to assist @shmu26

Also, we formally logged a case, after an Online Chat agent confirmed, he was also unable to find any relevant information.

Thank you:pray_tone3:

Hello @shmu26

We’ve sent you the instructions & image guide.

Also, another topic of yours, Safe Kids web whitelist, we flagged, asking for it to be opened so we could update, unfortunately, the topic remains closed, so, we’ll post the information here:

  • It’s now possible to “block all websites by default, and only allow according to a manually defined whitelist”

Thank you:pray_tone3:

Hi Flood,
KSK, no "configure device use by 'time of use' & or by 'schedule'" documentation has been fixed. Thank you and stay safe.
