My child needs to do school. He has been locked out of his device; his time limit is over.

 

How long will your lovely maintenance take? Consider doing it at 3 AM when nobody is using your product.

Maintenance windows are managed by Kaspersky Technical Support, because Kaspersky is a global company, 3am in one part of the world may be 18:00 in another. 

  1. Was there a Maintenance window alert on your child’s device or were you unable to log into (your) MyKaspersky account, on your device? If the issue was on your device, clear cookies, exit browser, reboot, shutdown affected devices, restart, check if the Maintenance window issue persists, if it does, go to the support page, select your location, scroll to the bottom, select Online chat, or Phone; provide as much specific information as possible, including device namesOS versionKSK version:
