Problems of Beginner using the trial version.

I am in the trial period of Safe Kids premium.

I found that the safe kids apps in my kid's device will be automatically turned off everyday.
Every day when I want to check the device in my office, I found that there is "No information on device use" .
When I check my kid's device after work, I found that the apps is turned off in "Setting" and need to turn it on again. However, the apps is turned off again on the next day…..

Is the apps using US time zone or it will change according to the location of the device?

Also, please tell us:

  1. Parent device name & operating system nameversion & build ?
  2. Child device name & operating system nameversion & build ?
  3. KSK version on each device? 
  4. May we have an image of the ‘no data available’ message please?
  5. On your child’s device, all KSK permissions been correctly applied? 
  6. Are the devices actually synced with the MyKaspersky account?
  7. How is Battery optimization configured?
