I am trying to download safe for kids on my childs IPAD. I have gotten to the end (i think) and it says New Configuration profile is ready to install. So I click install profile and it takes me to Safari where it says “This website is tryin got download a configuration profile, do you want to allow this?” and I allow. Then it says “Profile Downloaded review the profile in Settings app if you want to install it” then i go back to safe for kids and it says “Profile Not Installed”

- KSK version?
- In (iOS) Settings → Screen Time → your child’s profile → Restrictions → Allowed Apps, has KSK been allowed?
- In (iOS) Settings → Screen Time → your child’s profile → Restrictions → Allowed Apps, has Safari been allowed? Note: after successfully installing KSK, you must withdraw the permission for Safari.
- Has KSK Safe browser been granted permission?
- Has the parent profile been even been activated/used on the iOS device?
- May we know your child’s birth year please?
- Is KSK Premium or Free?
