Kaspersky Safe Kids Stopping Every Day

Hello Kaspersky Team..

Safe Kids is continuously stopping on one of my kids devices (Huawei Mediapad M5 lite).

Everyday I find out that it stops working and my kid has unrestricted access to all apps and internet content.

I tried to uninstall/reinstall, factory reset.. but it doesn’t help.

I hope you can support.

  1. Confirm the Huawei Mediapad M5 lite meets KSK hardware & software requirements
  2. Please log a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, fill in Application malfunction, Other template; Support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you:



  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.

When it’s available, please share the outcome with the Community?
