Delayed device block alert

What could cause the alert (Both via email & app) to be delayed by hours.

I have a Win11 device where it was blocked at a time set but did not send notification until next morning.

I am used to seeing this happen by several minutes but not that long before.

  1. Which KSK version & patch(x), x = letter is installed, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select About
  2. Run the Manual settings sync, on the Windows taskbar or hidden icons, rightclick the KSK icon, select Settings, sign into the KSK application with (your) parent profile, select Other, select Sync, make sure you get a banner notification that the application has synced, sign out of the KSK application. 
  3. Shutdown the device, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, ask your child to login & use the computer as normal, monitor the issue, if the issue persists, log a case Kaspersky consumer support, either via Chat or Email, fill in Application malfunction, Other template. Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. Also, it may help them if you provide images & or a video of the issue. 
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​If selecting Chat option, we recommend you request a copy of the chat transcript, make sure you fill in your email address AFTER the chat is activated by the Chat agent & complete the Verify your email address email AFTER the chat completes.
