Constant reinstalling IOS profile

My kids IOS device keep on popping the need to install new Profile. After installing it, then a few days later, the issue pops up again. What’s wrong with Safe Kid?

  • Has “iOS device repeatedly popping alert to install new Profile” issue always existed or is new? 

Please follow the steps below: 

  1. Check iOS/KSK Hardware and software requirements
  2. Check & if necessary optimize iOS storage
  3. Uninstall KSK 
  4. Shutdown/power off iOS device. 
  5. Restart  iOS device.
  6. Download & install KSK
  7. Configure KSK
  8. Setup KSK child profile
  9. Recheck “iOS device repeatedly popping alert to install new Profile” ?
  • If the issue persists and if KSK is licensed, please raise a case with Kaspersky Technical Support, follow the template guide  at the end of our reply, provide as much specific information as possible → iOS version, KSK version, problem history, all troubleshooting steps, all steps taken to rectify the problem and images. 
  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
