Calls and SMS Function has gone missing

On the Parent Account, I had access to monitor Calls and SMS, It wasn't working so I turned it off.
Now I cannot see the fanction at all.
Does anyone know how to get it back?

  • March 2019, Kaspersky made changes to KISA & KSK, to comply with new Google Play Policy:
  • Calls & SMS features were affected. KSK, latest version, will no longer access Call and SMS information.

IF the KSK version was the most recent AND you had access to monitor Calls and SMS, that's contrary to Kaspersky's technical advice, therefore, if the issue you're experiencing fits this criteria, please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, via your online MyKaspersky account, log an incident, ask the Team to explain "what has gone wrong"?
