Password manager freezing on add application [Solved][Closed]

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to add an application into the password manager. When I click on add application, then click browse, it loads the page, then freezes every time. I have tried restarting my computer a few times, but it still freezes and I have to close it with task manager because nothing else will work. I am running Kaspersky total security on Windows 10, version 1809 on a PC with a 64 bit operating system. Could the 64 bit operating system be the problem? I have noticed that the Kaspersky, including the password manager is 32 bit, and couldn't seem to find a 64 bit version.

Hi. Welcome to the New kaspersky Community.
It could be a compatibility issue.
Right click on offending app, open "properties" setting, "compatibility" settings.
Try different windows settings.
