Mouse Scrolling

Anyone know why I cannot scroll down page with my mouse when using Kaspersky Password Safe?

@Petali Welcome. 
Schould  we understand that the mouse scroll wheel  is not working when  KPM  is on top of a browser page.

The mouse works fine with everything else i do, i am not in any browser, password safe is just opened as a normal app. What i want to know has the password safe app got scrolling capability.

The side bar is far to thin for me to see and use clearly

Can’t you scroll with the mouse wheel in the window located at the left from the side bar ?

Hello @Petali,

I agree, the light grey side bar is very narrow & difficult to see. 

The mouse does scroll vertically through the KPM application windows. 




If the mouse is not scrolling please do the following:

  1. Check KPM hardware & software requirements?
  2. Resize KPM application window - recheck?
  3. Export KPM data.
  4. Make a KPM Backup.
  5. Uninstall KPM.
  6. Download & reinstall KPM.
  7. If "KPM mouse scrolling" problem is not resolved after following 1 to 6 & if KPM is licensed, please contact Kaspersky Technical Support, after logging the request, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference #, then, normally within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will contact you, also by email; you can continue to communicate with them via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
