General queries before purchase [Solved][Closed]

  1. What is primary feature difference between free and paid users?
  2. What is the type of encryption used to secure the user data?
  3. Can the user data and activities be leaked or handed to intelligence agencies on their will or it will require any subpoena or it is not accessible to anyone(no log policy)?
  4. Is there provision to store the user data in local file for non premium users for backup?
  5. Is my credit card, email, phone number under monitoring and generate logs for same?
  6. There is a mention of data sharing with third party, is there any non disclosure signed to stop them from misusing our private info?
These are some queries here because I am unable to access the customer support from my account. If any developers present here, it'll be helpful if they answer above questions.

As you don't specify which Kaspersky product your inquiry relates to & it's not clear what the limitations "unable to access customer support from my account" are & the questions cross several business arms of the Kaspersky business, the answers provided here are generic:
  • Free = basic features
  • Premium = full suite of features in each product & access to Technical Support.

  • KPM - free allows for 15 entries
  • KPM - premium
