Hello. I bought a new activation code and when i put that new activation code appears a message that says “key is blocked”. I want to know what to do, because i spent my money in a new key and i cannot use it. Thanks

I am from Portugal, and bought the key on a commercial surface that sells all kinds of technology, software, various types of products, I have a card where I scraped and the key appears, and when I tried to activate said key locked, I do not understand.
