VLC crashing/Not working with KIS

VLC crashing/Not working with KIS. Have not had this happen with other AV. New to KIS. Suggestion? VLC is a must have.

Please tell us:

  1. Operating system name, version & build?
  2. KIS version & patch(x)? x = letter
  3. VLC version?
  4. Have you uninstalled & reinstalled VLC? 
  5. Has a KIS software compatibilty check been run? 
  6. Open KIS application, select Settings:gear: , select MORE TOOLS, select Reports, select Detailed Reports, select ALL Events, select 24hrs, select Export, save the Report as a text file (.txt), attach:paperclip: the Report to your reply please?

I have both VLC and latest KIS and don’t have any problems with player.
