I’m sorry for the trouble, but I have a little issue with Safe Money when trying to open a bank website..
It never happened in the past, but now, with various browsers like firefox and chrome, when I try to open RBCRoyalBank website, there’s not prompt for action message, instead the website is opened directly via normal browser, without any prompting by Safe Money anymore.. I tried with other Banks websites, and there’s no problem, there’s always a prompting message asking if I want to open it via Safe Browser..
So, I’m really sorry for the inconvenience, but I would like to know if it’s my issue, or it’s the same for others too with this particular website bank.. I mean, I thought it was my laptop issue, but even after a clean install, there’s no prompting message for RBCRoyalBank website to open in safe browser (in the past it always appeared for RBC), so I tried with a new Desktop computer, and it’s the same as my laptop; no message asking for the website to be opened with safe browser..
If I add the RBCRoyal bank website to Safe Money page, I can open it in safe browser from there, without any problem, but I would like to know please, if I’m the only one, that, when trying to access this particular website (before adding it manually to Safe Money page of course) on a normal browser, it open directly from there, without any prompt from Safe Money please..
To try, it must not be added or already be on the Safe Money page, it must be like a first trying to open that website via normal browser.. Sorry and thank you.
