Promblem with updating data and modun [Closed]

I have this problem with my updating data and modun. The problem started 11 days ago, which means I haven’t updated my KIS for 11 days. Whenever i touched the Run Update button, it got faded(the button) but did not seem to run. I put it there for about 1 and 2 hours and it kept its state-not running at all. I’m quite new so I feel grateful if sb could help me.

I had a problem similar to this last week. I ended up just re-installing the software, which solved the problem.
