Password Issues on Iphone 12

I installed Kaspersky cloud security beause i encounted issues in backing up my iphone 7+ re  “Trojan error corrupt file and it would not allow me to complete back up in itunes using Total Sercurity ….it was the worst thing I could do because it impacted my ipad+iphone and ps windows 10

I deleted kaspersky cloud and re installed Total Sercuity...password manager on iphone and ipad not working

what can I do to resolve?

  1. Just for our understanding, you mention iPhone 7 & 12, which phone has the Kaspersky Password manager (KPM)  problem?
  2. Please detail how KPM is not working?
  3. Post a full screen image of the issue?

@DPF1945 Please check your storage space on your iPhone and IPad.Can you also specify your iOS version.
