Paid Twice with two debit cards when site showed error. [Closed]

So, I opted for Kaspersky Internet Security and paid with my debit card but then the site showed some error so i tried with another debit card and it still showed error but the activation code came to my email later. The problem is the amount has been debited from both debit cards and therefore i have been charged twice while receiving activation code for only one. What can i do in this situation? can i get a refund?

  • If you purchased the code via the Kaspersky website or your My Kaspersky account, click this link and enter your order number and account password.
  • Alternatively, contact Digital River's customer service department through their self-service portal.

If you made the purchase via a different Kaspersky partner, you will need to contact them directly.

What information to provide:

Before contacting the seller, please make sure you have the following information at hand:

  • The date of the purchase
  • Your full name
  • The e-mail address that you have used for the purchase
  • Order number from the confirmation e-mail
