MyKaspersky - password lost, device blocked [MOVED]

Dear all

  is there a way to restore device in My Kaspersky? or get password?

 

I deleted device from My Kaspersky without copying the password.

I went to device to uninstall Kaspersky Internet and eventually got it blocked, doesn’t book without PIN.

Any idea?

We're you able to resolve this issue? If so, how? Additionally, was there any interaction on your part with the secret code used within the 2FA to gain access, remotely or not? I am having same/soon to be issue, I just have not deactivated my device as of yet - afraid to render it into a "hard reset" only fix.

Additional information regarding your questions: 

  1. Do not disconnect the device in your MyKaspersky account, otherwise, the only option to resolve will be a factory reset of the phone. 
  2. 2FA is another layer of security, has 2FA been setup? 
  3. Please provide specific details & screen prints of the issue, we’ll assist with steps required to recover if possible?
