My audio stopped working after reinstalling KIS

Hello, I originally had KIS installed before and there was no issue, but after the last windows 10 update, KIS kept telling me I needed to reinstall as a recommendation since some components were not working properly.

After that I uninstalled then reinstalled, but after that my audio stopped working completely “no output device is enabled” I tried using my headphones but it’s also still the same and I can’t even troubleshoot since it tells me that there is a problem preventing the troubleshoot from starting.

How can I fix this?

Welcome. It looks like this is a Microsoft Windows error message.

Could you please specify why you suspect that this issue is linked with Kaspersky.

Thank you for your reply! I followed things that were previously posted in older kaspersky forum + microsoft fixes all together. So I was able to fix it on my own!
