Kaspersky

[moved] Unable to cancel Kaspersky for two years. Not available on their website, and phone #s given by them are inoperative. Seems fraudulent, and worse they keep billing my credit card. Have taken over $180 now. How to stop.

I was a subscriber of Kaspersky services from 2013-19 without any major issues. Cancelled in July 2019. They billed apparently billed my credit card anyway and collected without my knowledge. Some $90+. Now I find they have again billed my account and likely been paid. I have notified credit card company of dispute. Another 90.73.

I have been a subscriber to McAfee for 2020 and 2021. But it is literally impossible to find a way to contact Kaspersky. Can’t use website - no way to cancel. Phone numbers don’t work. Seems fraudulent? Is there any class action against them?

They keep referring to a “billing partner.” I don’t have any billing partner. Digital River Inc shows up as a Kaspersky Lab e-commerce reseller. What, is this a subsidiary to layoff liability to?

Is it possible to join a Class Action lawsuit?
