Message saying Subscription issue on start up.

On computer start up KIS icon in task bar is grey and showing update in progress. When complete a message saying subscription problem 1 issue. Clicking on details seems to resolve the problem but this is becoming very annoying. It has only happened since upgrading to KIS21.

Thanks for quick response. Will send screen shots next time it happens.

Green icon in task bar is grey.

Update in progress.

Once update finishes goes back to normal. Shortly after pop up says restart KIS for updates to be activated (Windows then says turn on virus protection) despite having previously ticked the box automatically under this action it still appears. Tick now and system returns to normal.

Sorry but it is back to normal again so can’t send further screen shot. I tried further screen shots but not all appeared in my clip board.

I’ll try more screen shots when it happens again as I am sure it will. Thanks for your help so far.
