"manage applications" won't open. An error processing data has occurred.

I’ve had this happen about 6-7 times in the past week. The problem will go away on it’s own, but quickly returns. I would like to know what’s causing this issue and find a permanent fix. Thanks for any help!

 Read before you create a new topic! tutorial by @Danila T. 

  1. Export KIS Settings
  2. Restore KIS Settings
  3. Shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, start KIS, recheck? 
  4. IF the issue persists: check whether any applications installed on your computer are incompatible with KIS
  5. Uninstall KISsaving License information only
  6. Download & clean install KIS v21.3.10.39?
  7. Run a manual Database update → allow it to complete. 
  8. Shutdown, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
  9. Check & make sure patch(a) has been applied? 
  10. Run a Full scan →  allow it to complete. 
  11. Recheck “An error processing data has occurred. Data is unavailable
  • Please let us know the outcome?
