MacOS Catalina does not work with Kaspersky Internet Security

I  recently installed Kaspersky Internet Security, but my mac started to work slowly, and finally, none of the web browsers worked. At the begging did not happen that but in a couple of days, the browsers stopped working. So I decided to uninstall Kaspersky. 

Is there a solution to these issues?.

  1. Check MAC/KIS system requirements
  2. Check KIS software compatibility requirements
  3. Uninstall KIS according to How to uninstall Kaspersky Internet Security through the uninstallation wizard  procedures, make sure the MAC is fully shutdown at the completion of the uninstall. 
  4. Power MAC on, login, download and install a new KIS installer according to How to install Kaspersky Internet Security 20 for Mac procedures. 
  5. If the issue persists send a request to Kaspersky Technical Support via My Kaspersky. Attach Trace files, System Report & system.log files to your request. 
  6. After you submit the request, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12 digits reference #, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Lab human will contact you, also by email, you may continue to communicate with them via reply email & or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky.com account.
