I have tried to install the internet security package on my Imac and it will not load the kernal extension. I cant delete and reinstall the application and have tried to restart but it will not bypass this screen. I am on OS Catalina 10.15.6

Yes, I uninstalled using the wizard then reinstalled and it installed fully the second time.

If you’re unable to access the KIS GUI finding the version is not so easy, and atm, not so important, because of the current issue, which really needs to be fixed, you could try running the system in single user mode to recover access, however, (ioo), it’s better to do this with assistance from Kaspersky Technical Support, on the Support page, select your location, select Application use, then select from options: Online Chat (not available all locations), Phone (not available all locations), Submit a request → via your MyKaspersky account.
