KIS database update stalls at 97% [Closed]

OS = Windows 10. The automatic database update continues to get to 97% and just stops and never finishes. 128 days remaining on subscription. At the same time, Microsoft Outlook downloads email extremely slow. (No problems when using web mail applications). No problems with network or browsing with any browser. I have re-booted multiple times, I have let it try to download for at least 48 hours. I have run windows update and after the update/reboot, Outlook will download email normally for a few moments and then stall again. I shut down Outlook but the Kaspersky database update just sits there at 97%. I have shut down the Kaspersky app with task manager and rebooted. The update will go quickly to 97% and then just stop there again. What can be done to fix this?
