Kaspersky shut down

It´s almost two weeks since this problem occured, windows started to pop up messages where it says that antivirus program isn´t actualized, then when i click that message, kapersky runs actualization, but it installs same version as it was. (version 21.3.10.391 (d) ). The main problem is, that since that time, kaspersky just shuts down sometimes, or it starts the second session.  (Windows 10 Home, version 20H2, OS build 19042.1052)

Thank you for your response, i contacted tech support as richbuff suggested, and now I´m waiting for their answer.

I think maybe WMI Repository is corrupted. This can cause the AV status reported by the Security Center to be incorrect. Microsoft has removed the support article for resolving this issue. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/555962 So, I search a similar solution to explain how to restore the WMI repository. You can wait KL support advice to see whether they also recommend you to restore WMI repository.
