Kaspersky Internet Security installation issue on mac Catalina 11.15.7

After update Kaspersky Internet Security(KIS) on Mac Catalina, we got a issue.

The new KIS windows with “Starting ...” message appear, and but it closed automatically after 15 sec passed. After that same windows appear and disappear again. These cycle repeats forever. 

I did re-install KIS, but problem still exists.

Is the latest version of Internet Security 21.00.etc compatible with OS Catalina 10.15.7 yet.

I had what appears to be the same problem as  @hisakazu.  I had one of the technicians do a remote support session a couple of months ago. 

That session solved the problem by reinstalling version 20 temporarily .  I have resisted the temptation to upgrade since as the technician suggested but that was it. 

Protection working fine but using old version.  Any ideas if its ok to upgrade?

Hi sorry, I gave wrong info. The actual MacOS version is Catalina 10.57.7.

Kaspersky Internet Security 21.0.0.464.

BTW, KIS is keep repeating ‘Starting..” session, even exiting the app.

Also, I purchased Kaspersky total security for 5 devices. The problem is occurred on KIS. I don’t know if same issue can be shown on Windows or iOS devices.

  • FYI, a Kaspersky Total Security license, installs Kaspersky Internet Security software on MAC, iOS & Android devices.
  1. Please post a full screen image of the “ ‘Starting..” session, even exiting the app” problem?
  2. Please post a full screen image of MAC OS version &  build number?
