Kaspersky internet security for mac

I have been using kasperky internet security since 2009 on different operating systems. But to my surprise recently i have been observing Kaspersky is freezing my mac and draining out battery and also could not block adds on different websites. I reported the issue to kaspersky support long back and they collected data from my mac.. asked me to reinstall the application. Even after reinstallation the problem persist then i asked them again to look in to the issue. Again they collected data from my mac book pro running on Mojave Os and declared there is a bug and it should be fixed. Almost since 4 months i am waiting for a solution and no solution yet. this is the complaint ID INC000010303749. I raised this issue at different forums to bring awareness in mac users about Kaspersky internet security.
So if you are on mac and planning to use internet security think again before you buy license.

So what Kaspersky version do you have installed?
Maybe you have the wrong version installed?

Hello i am currently using kaspersky internet security 19. 0.0. 294b.c.d. That is not the wrong version, it is agreed that there is a bug in the software and i am waiting for it to be fixed. The customer support said they are going to release patch E to fix this bug. But they are not sure when it is going to happen. ID INC000010303749 this is the complaint number.
