Kaspersky Internet Security Code Expired

Hello,

I found this product in my house and wanted to activate it. I opened up the plastic of the CD’s it came with because I had no idea that if I didn’t activate it sooner I would lose my money. NO WHERE ON YOUR PACKAGING does it say that this product will expire after a certain time. I tried to activate it online and received an error message that said that my “product activation code expired”. I called your tech support team who took the first 8 digits of the code and said it was expired and there was nothing that can be done. I am appalled that this product did not advertise an expiration date to the consumer. I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau here in the USA

Please create a ticket to technical support via https://my.kaspersky.com and send me the incident number. If the code has never been activated, we will review the possibility to issue a new replacement code.

Hi Igor. I received an email on Maanica on 10/8/20 requesting additional information which I have since sent to this person and have not heard back yet. Is there anyway you can give me an update? Much appreciated.
