Kaspersky internet message "invalid certificate"

Goodmorning everyone
I installed Windows 10 and  Office 2019 on my notebook, I set up three email accounts with Outlook 2019,
2 company accounts
1 gmail account
sending and receiving emails with 1 company account
Kaspersky internet security writes this message

selecting "continue" everything works, and a nuisance that I would like to solve

Hello @marcopitt,

Welcome!

  • According to KIS system requirements Outlook 2019, is not supported, if you do contact Support, ask them to verify this:thinking:
  1. Read & follow: "Cannot guarantee authenticity of the domain to which encrypted connection is established
  2. Confirm the system date & time are correct? 
  3. Restart the Kaspersky application
  4. Restart the computer using Shutdown, not Restart.
  5. If the issue remains, raise a request with the detailed description of the issue, a full history of steps taken, image(s) & a GSI & Windows Logs, to Kaspersky Technical Support, follow the template as a guide

 

 

  • After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, normally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
  • Please let us know the outcome when it’s available?
