Kaspersky and Windows unresponsive [Split]

Just wanted to confirm that the exact same incident happened with me.

My computer had been acting a bit funky lately, with slow downs for no apparent reasons and Windows frequently becoming unresponsive. I checked, and KIS wasn’t running! I tried launching it and the shortcut link was broken. Windows Defender was also non-existent.

I ran the Virus Removal Tool and it found the trojans. I am in the process of reinstalling Kaspersky. As this is my main work computer, this incident has been very inconvenient.

@dudeditto Welcome. If the problem is persisting after reinstalling Kaspersky please provide a GSI Log
