I understand a very similar question was previously made on this, but I did not find a solution in that thread. I am trying to sync music from iTunes on my PC to my iPhone. I do not know what happened, but iTunes on my Windows 10 PC used to be able to recognize my phone when I plugged it in through an Apple-certified lightning cable. Some time after installing Kaspersky, I started having this problem. I don’t know for certain if it is the fault of Kaspersky. My device is recognized by iTunes on other PC’s and Macs (which also do NOT have Kaspersky).
