Impossible open PowerPoint on network on some pc [pending patch E] [Closed]

We are evaluating your software in our firm.

We have some problems on some pc that when i try to open PowerPoint files from our network nas it show as a messagge:

 

Impossible to open the file……..

 

We have try to disable only the antivirus services and all works ok.

Why? What we can do?

 

Configuration:

Windows 7 ultimate SP1

Office 2010 Professional

Hello  @lu_team,

KIS 20.0.14.1085e is being distributed, globally, in staggered distribution, which should complete by the end of October 2019.

(For myself), my Kaspersky software gave no notification or warning the patch was ready and waiting, I’d done manual database updates on several++ occasions during the last 7 days, nothing;  last night I did a FULL shutdown (not Restart) of both my computers, when I powered the devices on & started Kaspersky software, patch(E) had been installed… CieLeVie

(imo) it is better to wait, other Community members have “forced” a patch update with calamitous results.

@lu_team, the problem will be solved in patch E, which should be installed within a few days.
To install the patch, you must restart the computer after updating the anti-virus databases.

so we need to wait the new update of the platform?
