Kaspersky Internet Security allowed adware downloads from a website in Google Chrome:

I need to remove them as soon as possible, because it is an adware. Is it possible to locate downloaded adware and remove them or should I do a full scan?

Hello @MatthewI,

Welcome back!

Follow all steps in Kaspersky notification of detection, file or website detected provided by @richbuff.
At the end make sure you shutdown the computer, using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login.
Start KIS.
Run a manual Database update → allow it to complete.
Run a manual Full scan → allow it to complete.
Recheck “adware “ detections?
