Ever since Talk Talk asked me to update my account password I have not been able to access my
Outlook email account without constantly getting a pop-up box asking me to enter my password.
I have tried numerous times to go into my email settings to change them or repair or add a new account.
None of these have worked. When I spoke to Talk Talk they said this was all down to my Kaspersky Internet Security Settings.
Please help as this has been going on for months.
