Ever since Talk Talk asked me to update my account password I have not been able to access my Outlook email account without constantly getting a pop-up box asking me to enter my password. [Closed]

Ever since Talk Talk asked me to update my account password I have not been able to access my

Outlook email account without constantly getting a pop-up box asking me to enter my password.

I have tried numerous times to go into my email settings to change them or repair or add a new account.

None of these have worked. When I spoke to Talk Talk they said this was all down to my Kaspersky Internet Security Settings.

Please help as this has been going on for months.

Additional to the info posted by  @richbuff

  1. Do TalkTalk provide your network service or just email?
  2. Did TalkTalk Support reset your (password) account for you? 
  3. Is Outlook accessed via browser or application?
  4. Please post an screen image of the error?

  1. TalkTalk is my broadband provider
  2. TalkTalk sent me an email asking me to change my password after a system upgrade
  3. Outlook is accessed by application
  4. Sorry not been able to take a screenshot

Also, please ask Talk Talk Support the detailed report that is pointing to Kaspersky and follow above suggestion from richbuff
