Discount code not working

Hey guys, 

Today I received a notification in the windows app saying that there’s a discount for valentine’s day for 40% using the code VALENTINE40, however when I’m trying to renew my license and apply the code at checkout it says that it is invalid. 

Anyone know what is going on with this? Is the code expired?

Hi @Berny so I got this notification in the app (sorry that everything is in hungarian): 
 


 

When I click it it takes me to the hungarian kaspersky site https://www.kaspersky.hu/ So I tried to renew my internet security license for 2 year for 2 devices but when I apply the code it says the following (it basically translates to something like “the fields highlighted in red should be filled out, to continue check the data entered):
 


I tried uppercase, lowercase letters, no luck.​​​​​
