Device not showing up on My Kaspersky

Hello all - I am trying to manage a Win 7 desktop PC via My Kaspersky. I can log in from the Win7 PC to My Kaspersky using the link provided in the Kaspersky app. I see my 2 other devices, but not the one I'm logging in from. The KB doc says that by logging in via the app on the device, it should show up in My Kaspersky. This is not happening. What am I missing?

Hi, forget425. Have you tried restarting your computer, and also logging out and then back into My Kaspersky ?

Sometimes, it takes a couple of attempts before it updates.
