Database are corrupted

Good day Sir/Madam,

Today my computer shows the messages "Database are corrupted” repeatedly and I do not know what the problem cause is. The licence expires this year in July/August 2021. When I try to further check what the problem is - the message I get says it is related to the licence problem.

Help much appreciated.
