"Connection to My Kaspersky isnt available. Try it again later." "Network error while downloading databases" [Closed]

Hi, I have problem with my Kaspersky Internet Security. If i want to instal new database update or if i want to log in my Kaspersky account the application show me Error message with text (Picture1):

“ Connection problem: Connection to My Kaspersky isnt available. Try it again later.” 

I rly dont know what should i do. Similar problem is in Database and application module update. I cant connect to server.(Picture2).Im trying update them  for 2 days but without any results (Picture3: “Database of aplication not updated”, “ Network error while downloading”).I m realy shure that my internet is working properly.

Please check the following: 

If these are ok, please uninstall KIS, saving only License information, at the completion of the uninstall shutdown the device, using full Shutdown, not restart. 

Restart the device, login, download and install KIS,  at the completion of the install shutdown the device, using full Shutdown, not restart.

Restart the device, login, check:

  • KIS is synchronized with the MyKaspersky account?
  • KIS Database update is working?

If the issues persist, please raise a request with Kaspersky Technical Support.  After submitting the case, you’ll receive an automated email with an INC+12digits reference number, then, nomally, within 5 business days, a Kaspersky Technical Support human will communicate with you, also by email, you may continue to engage with the Kaspersky Technical Team via email or by updating the INC in your MyKaspersky account.
